Matches to be played on Sundays.
Raised oche and good standard Matchboard at all venues.
Matches best of 7 games, consisting of one team game of 1001 1 leg, two doubles of 601 best of 3, and four singles of 501 best of 5.
Minimum number of players to fulfill a fixture is four, completing all games. Teams without 4 players will forfeit game 7-0 and the other team will get 9 points.
Bust rule applies in all games.
Team game to be on board by 20.10, match to start 20.15.
All names to be drawn out by captain, home team draws their names first, on a game by game basis, i.e. team game first (1x1001), followed by two doubles (3x601), and four singles (5x501).
Home team chalk.
The first throw of each game is decided by the two players whose names appear first throwing for the bullseye. Away team throw first for the bull, closest player starts the leg.
When an agreement is reached by the two captains that a player can leave early, it is up to the captain to put that player on first as games must be played in order.
Results to be sent on the night by text to 07507729722, listing the result, 180's, high finishes and a brief summary of match. 180's and highest finishes can be registered on results sheet, which must be completed by both captains and sent direct to the address on the sheet.
Any matches that are unable to be fulfilled must be notified to the opposition pub and captain 24 hours before the match. If a team cancels on the day, a £20 fine will be imposed payable to the league to cover food costs for the pub and admin. Non payment of the fine will result in refused entry to league the following season. Re-arrangement of any matches must be by mutual consent of both teams and played out by the end of the season without going beyond the last week of the season.
The points system will be as follows; whatever the match score is the points your team gets + 2 points for a win; i.e 7-0 is 9 points and 4-3 is 6 points to winners and 3 to losers.
League table will be based on points won during the season. If tied in any position the team who has won more matches will be the higher position, if still tied a one-off game between the teams will decide the league at a neutral venue decided by the league.
If any team withdraws from the league all points won against them will be voided.
The fee for joining the league is £20 per team.
To enter any league run competion during or at the end of the season players must have played at least 50% of matches.
Players can only play for one team during the season, and can register and play on the night.
In any decisions, the committee will vote, but the should it be tied, the Chairman's decision is final.
